Mr. Arend started RichMediaFactory GmbH in 2009. From a small IT service provider, RichMediaFGactory has emerged as a successful, established provider for livestreaming and videoconferencing solutions as well as virtual and hybrid event formats. RichMediaFactory's services enjoy an excellent reputation throughout Germany and Europe. We owe our success to our customers as well as to our network of business and cooperation partners. 

We would like to express our sincere thanks for the many years of good cooperation!

As part of the company succession plan, Mr. Arend has decided to sell his company shares to Mr. Holger Bonrath as of December 31, 2021, thus securing the long-term future of RichMediaFactory.

Mr. Bonrath has been our close cooperation partner in the areas of video direction, editing and event technology for decades. This will ensure that the services offered by RichMediaFactory will continue to be available. In addition, Mr. Bonrath will further develop and complement the services portfolio.

Of course, you will continue to benefit from our special know-how and commitment. 

We have listed the changes within RichMediaFactory for 2022 below.

Mr. Holger Bonrath will join RichMediaFactory GmbH as managing director as of 01.01.2022. Mr. Christian Arend will step down as managing director, but will continue to be available for you as a contact person in 2022.
